| We have been listed on the JSE since 1968. Of the 160 companies quoted on the JSE, 51 have qualified for the new SRI index (Socially Responsible Index), which measures a company's performance in aspects other than pure financial reporting. We are exceptionally proud to be one of them. | |

We are a South African company with a global footprint.
We manufacture from 186 operations, in 19 countries around the world and export to over 70 countries.
We have 134 operations in South Africa, 19 operations in 10 other countries in Africa and 33 operations in 8 countries in Europe.
We have operations in the following African countries: South Africa, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Ethiopia.
We have operations in the following European countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

| Is Nampak a black empowered company? | |
| Nampak was a pioneer in the early 1990's in terms of labour/ management partnerships and employment equity appointments. We are proud of our progress to date and have outlined our strategy until 2014 in a published BEE charter, which can be found elsewhere on this website. | |

| Does Nampak have a CSI policy? | |
We are strongly committed to CSI and allocate one percent of our global profit after tax to CSI each year. In 2004 this amounted to R8.4 million.
Our CSI programs are focused on the youth of South Africa, in three key areas: education, health and the environment. | |

| Do you have a book printing operation? | |
Yes we do, Interpak Books is our specialist book printing operation, manufacturing printed books and diaries.
Hunyani Holdings, in Zimbabwe also offers book and magazine publishing services, through their Printopak division.

| Do you sell paper? | |
Hunyani Holdings in Zimbabwe manufacture kraft paper for corrugated converters, as well as envelope and book cover papers for the printing and stationery industries. In addition they supply a variety of wrapping papers. | |

| Which major retail brands do you manufacture and/or distribute? | |
Household products
Nampak Tissue manufactures markets and distributes Twinsoft and Twinsaver, two of South Africa's top toilet and facial tissue brands. They also market and distribute two further well-known household brands: Glad and Hulett Foil products.
Hygiene products
Nampak Tissue manufacture, market and/or distribute the following well-known brands for hygiene products: Cuddlers disposable nappies, Lifestyle feminine protection products and Tena incontinence products.
Burcap offer a variety of polypropylene buckets, containers, dishes, basins and reuseable household containers, manufactured from virgin and recycled materials. Containers range in size from 250ml-25litres.
Megapak Zimbabwe manufactures a range of injection moulded polypropylene or HDPE household products, including: baby baths, basins, vegetable racks, bread bins and chairs, as well as rotationally moulded dustbins.
Nampak Flexpak supplies a wide variety of HDPE and LDPE bags, for the retail, wholesale and cash-and-carry markets. These bags are in line with government regulations and are available in a variety of formats. | |

| Redibox outlets offer smaller packaging users the option of ordering a range of packaging products direct from 20 convenience outlets throughout South Africa. Products include: cartons, crates, drums, plastic bottles, protective and removal packaging. | |

| What is your add-pack option for decorative tinware? | |
| DivFood (Divpac) offers an add-pack option, for its promotional, decorative tinware products. This service offers our customers added convenience, as we pack your product into our tins, pack the filled tins into your carton and ship these cartons to your distribution centers. | |
