extensive range of multi-wall paper, foil and film-based packaging solutions are supplied to diverse markets which include the construction, chemical, food, agriculture and the retail trade industries.
Our
multi-wall sacks, capable of carrying up to 50kgs, are a cost-effective and environmentally sound solution to your packaging requirements. Further options can be included to enhance on-shelf appeal, such as handles, micro perforations and valve type closures – for example a “sift proof” ultrasonic sealable valve.
Our product offering includes self-opening bags (SO Bags) which are generally constructed from one or two plies of bleached Kraft and are suitable for packs of between 500g and 12.5kg. Our high gloss sacks and bags, which can be printed in up to 8 colours using high quality flexographic printing, can include the lamination of an outer layer of printed, coated polyester which provides superb gloss ideal for value-added products with excellent moisture and/or fat protection.
Our manufacturing and process technology is continuously being upgraded at our KwaZulu-Natal based plant. Our plant is ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 22000 compliant.
